I’m only familiar with DXM (is an anaesthetic/NMDA antagonist and it causes severe pee retention), does it mean that or the opposite and you’re literally leaking?

I’m only familiar with reports of bladder damage in very heavy users, presumably months of continuous use. I want to say damage to the cells lining the bladder, with their bladders having to be removed.
Again this is from memory; one of the 6 individuals had a structural anomaly that prevented urine from contacting a portion of the bladder, and these cells were undamaged.
As your kidneys are responsible for removing the K from your bloodstream it’s reasonable to assume some potential for similar harm.
A few grams a year is unlikely to cause a problem. Always test everything you get. 50 fentanyl test strips cost $14 bucks… about the same for a single reagent test kit.
I dont use anything like that much less regularly but I keep hearing it about Ellen Musk
I think there may be something published in medical journals about this, OP could try Google Scholar for instance
