Coffee and tea are antiinflammatory as well, without the loads of sugar and cream they’re healthy drinks. I highly recommend Harvard’s Nutrition Source for science-based nutrition info that’s easy to read.

Caffeine in moderate quantities is alright. Coffee and tea are antiinflammatory as well, without the loads of sugar and cream they’re healthy drinks.
