Most files are loaded to memory in order to make any kind of use out of them. I.e. read/write operations.
Why not? Represented in /proc? exec() and fam? Read and write to it?
Being one source file is the definition of a script?
This is much more of a 90s style case.
Except for the 5.25 inch floppy drives. No one had digital / led displays indicating mhz in the 80s. Keyboard is passable. Mouse is also at least 90s.
Just the other day there was a post in a Linux memes com about how everything was called an app now.
