I love stargate but completely hated him as Daniel Jackson in it. I actually took a long time to warm up to the character on the tv show just because Spader left a bad taste in my mouth

James Spader. His voice makes my skin crawl. It’s so smarmy and pseudo-intellectual. I have never seen him in anything that I didn’t feel complete revulsion to.
